When you request an audit, we collect the website, service, city and email address you provide. When you book a call or purchase a service, Google Calendar and Stripe process the information you enter on their services. Our hosting provider may also process standard security and request logs.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare and deliver requested audits, respond to questions, provide purchased services, improve the website, prevent abuse and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Stripe for checkout, Google Calendar for booking, and email providers for communications. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations and legitimate business records. You may ask to access, correct or delete information, or opt out of marketing messages, by emailing us.
